“Student” refers to the individual applying for or enrolled in the course.

“Course” refers to the OneLifeMapp Online Programme and includes individual and online classes with GillianMcMichael.com trainers, as well as individual study and meditation practice.

“Course materials” refers to all documents provided by GillianMcMichael.com to the student, or made accessible to the student, directly or indirectly, both in paper and electronic form, that are produced by GillianMcMichael.com and are not credited as being sourced from a third party. These also include any marketing materials produced by GillianMcMichael.com

“Trainer” refers to an individual employed by GillianMcMichael.com to teach classes and manage group meditation sessions. Trainers are Chopra Centre Certified Primordial Sound Meditation Instructors.

“Course fees” means the total cost of the course, as per written correspondence with an authorised GillianMcMichael.com representative.

Respecting the copyright laws covering all materials presented in the course. Reproduction or retransmission of course materials, in whole or in part, in any manner, without the prior written consent of GillianMcMichael.com, is prohibited. Course materials are provided only for personal, non-commercial use.

All courses provided by GillianMcMichael.com are oriented towards adults. As such, GillianMcMichael.com will only accept enrolment from persons over the age of 18 years

Unauthorised Representations

The student will not, at any time, act as an agent for GillianMcMichael.com or represent GillianMcMichael.com in any manner and agrees to indemnify GillianMcMichael.com for any claims made against GillianMcMichael.com which arise out of any unauthorised representations made by the student.

Fees

The Student is responsible for ensuring that course fees are paid in full.

Refunds are not available on on-line programmes

Confidentiality & Intellectual Property Rights

At the completion of the course, students will be asked to complete a course feedback form. With the permission of the student, comments left on these forms will be used for course promotion materials. Student names will be used with these comments unless anonymity is requested by the student.

Students will hold in confidence all confidential information disclosed to them (either orally or in writing, including online) by GillianMcMichael.com and by other students during the course, including but not limited to mantra selection information, pricing, discount and other business and financial data. 

Students will disclose this information only as required to fulfil any obligations under this agreement, or as required to fulfil legal obligations in relevant jurisdictions.
